IHM Dehradun's mentoring programme assigns every student a dedicated faculty mentor for personalised guidance throughout their academic journey.
Fee refund is governed by the guidelines issued by NCHMCT and the Government of Uttarakhand. The following is the general fee refund schedule:

* Exact refund amount depends on the timing and reason for withdrawal. Contact the accounts office for details. Caution money is refundable at the end of the programme, subject to no dues.
The Examination Cell at IHM Dehradun manages all aspects of academic assessment and evaluation as per NCHMCT and JNU guidelines.
Detailed schedule published at the beginning of each semester on the institute notice board and website.
Admit cards are issued prior to each examination. Students must collect admit cards from the Examination Cell.
Results are declared by NCHMCT/JNU and published on the respective official websites.
Students who fail in any subject can apply for re-appear examinations as per NCHMCT rules.
