The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. It regulates and coordinates the activities of hotel management institutes across the country. NCHMCT conducts the national-level NCHM JEE examination for admission to B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration programmes offered at IHMs across India, including IHM Dehradun.
There are 21 Central IHMs and 25 State IHMs affiliated with NCHMCT. IHM Dehradun is one of the premier State IHMs, consistently ranked among the top hospitality institutes in India.
